Guangxi Daguishan National Forest Park was built in 1993. It is one of the first national forest parks established in China. It is located at the junction of Hunan, Guangdong and Guizhou provinces (districts). It is beside National Highway 207. It is 6 kilometers away from Meihua exit of Guanghe Expressway, 30 kilometers away from Hezhou City, 230 kilometers from Guilin City and 253 kilometers from Guangzhou. The tourist area of the scenic spot is 5 330 mu, the forest coverage is 93%, and the content of negative oxygen ions in the core area is 11,100/cm_.

There are 1987 species of plants in the scenic spot. In the primitive forest, there are many kinds of vines, which are widely distributed and have different shapes. They are rare vine kingdom in China. Liuyangding is one of the best platforms for viewing the cloud sea and sunrise landscape in South China. Qingxi and waterfalls can be seen everywhere in Tiangou Canyon. Biodiversity has national significance. Wuma Guigou Waterfall, Yuntan Lake, Shouquan, Butterfly Valley and other scenic spots have their own characteristics. The scenic spot is a tourist attraction integrating forest, strange peaks, canyons, waterfalls, alpine Pinghu Lake and vine wonders.
